Description
Controls the text colour of an object that has a hover attribute when the mouse is not over the object.
The default (supplied) colour values are:
0 - Black | | 4 - Light Blue | | 8 - Dark Gray | | 12 - Dark Blue | | 1 - Light Red | | 5 - Light Magenta | | 9 - Dark Red | | 13 - Dark Magenta | | 2 - Light Green | | 6 - Light Cyan | | 10 - Dark Green | | 14 - Dark Cyan | | 3 - Light Yellow | | 7 - White | | 11 - Dark Yellow | | 15 - Light Gray | |

Values above 15 will map into the system colour settings as defined by the 'COLOUR' and 'OPTION' mnemonics |
