'BO' Begin Output Transparency

Description
Use 'BO' to begin output transparency mode. All printed output is sent directly to the display device without checking for embedded mnemonics; i.e. $1B$ (Esc) followed by the mnemonic code.
Use 'EO' to end output transparency mode.
