'BT' Begin Type-Ahead Mode

Description
Use 'BT' to begin type-ahead mode. This mode lets the user enter input before the execution of an INPUT statement. PxPlus supplies an internal buffer for the characters entered.
To end type-ahead mode, use the 'ET' mnemonic.
