HdrLineColor$ (HdrLineColour$): Border Line Color for Grid Top Row

Description

This property sets the color of the border lines drawn between columns when the 'ExcelStyle property is set for the top row only of the grid (Row -1) and does not affect the leading left column (Colno -1).
