RowHeaderLineColor$ (RowHeaderLineColour$): Border Line Color for Leading Left Column of Grid

Description

Sets the color of the border lines drawn between rows when the 'ExcelStyle property is set for the leading left column only of the grid (Colno -1) and does not affect the grid top row (Row -1).
