ItemNeededCnt: Number of Items With Undefined Value When Using Load on Demand

Description

Number of items whose text value is still undefined when using Load on Demand for lists

Example:  You can define a list box to contain 1000 items but only supply the item values (display text) as the user scrolls them into view. 'ItemNeededCnt is the number of items whose value has still not been loaded.
